Deliveries

  • At this time, we offer delivery only for all orders, as our team works from a private studio in Bergen County, NJ.

    We currently serve the NJ/NY area within about a 2-hour radius. If you’re just outside that range, we’ll reach out to explore options once you’ve submitted your order form/inquiry.

    Studio pickup and appointment-only visits will be available soon. Stay tuned for more details!

  • Turnaround Time for Confirmed Orders

    Season's Best orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks after initially submitting your order form depending on confirmation, special requests, availability, and your location.

    Blooms & Beyond orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks after initially submitting your order form depending on confirmation, special requests, availability, and your location.

    Since The Floral Series inquiries involve more intricate designs and personalized planning, we’ll reach out to discuss the specifics of your event before confirming your delivery date/time.

    If you have any specific delivery requests, please mention them while filling out your order form.

    Our Delivery Window

    Our delivery window is Sunday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. If you’ve noted a preferred timeframe within this window on your order form, we’ll confirm your exact delivery time once we finalize the details to ensure your flowers arrive right on schedule. For events and special occasions, we’ll work closely with you to coordinate the most convenient delivery time and plan.

  • *Please ensure to add any specific instructions (such as building access codes or entry details) to your address/delivery location before submitting your order form.

    For All Deliveries (Houses, Apartments, Businesses, etc.)

    On the day of your delivery, we’ll be in contact with you to confirm our ETA as we’re on our way to your requested location. Upon arrival, we will ring the doorbell/knock at the delivery address to ensure you/your recipient is able to directly receive the arrangement(s) from someone on our team. We'll wait up to 15-20 minutes at your delivery address. Please be ready to receive your flowers or inform the recipient of their delivery. Due to high order volume, we’re unable to extend our waiting window.

    If no contact is made within our waiting window, we’ll leave the flowers in a secure, accessible location near the door provided it is safe to do so and notify you or the recipient via call or text. Redelivery may be arranged only in specific cases, such as when there’s no safe place to leave the flowers or the address provided is incomplete or inaccessible. We are not responsible for any damage caused by weather, theft, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • For events, we work closely with our clients to ensure all floral items are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Setup and breakdown services are available upon request and will be discussed and coordinated in advance.

    Please note that setup and breakdown are included as part of the overall event service cost and should be factored into your planning. We’ll arrange the space according to your vision and handle the removal of floral arrangements after the event. All timing, logistics, and any additional details will be clearly outlined during the planning process.

Floral Care Tips

  • Every flower has its own natural lifespan, but thoughtful care can go a long way. Below are our best tips to help your flowers stay fresh and beautiful for as long as possible.

    Water: Refresh every 2–3 days

    Gently pour out old water and refill with fresh, cool water (filtered if possible).

    Placement: Keep them cool

    Display away from direct sunlight, heat sources, electronics, and drafty windows.

    Tidiness: Remove wilting blooms

    Discard any wilted leaves or petals, especially those that fall into the water, to prevent bacteria buildup. This helps slow aging in the other flowers and keeps the bouquet blooming beautifully.

    *Bonus: Re-trim the stems

    When refreshing the water, trim a small portion off the stems at a sharp angle to promote optimal water uptake.

Returns + Cancellations

  • Generally, we’re unable to accept returns, but your happiness matters to us! If you notice a concern with your flowers, please email us at mtbflorals@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. If we determine there is a quality issue, we’ll be happy to replace your arrangement.

    Please note that replacements are not offered based on style or design preferences. If you have a specific vision, we encourage you to share it with us when placing your order so we can do our best to bring it to life.

  • Since each order type follows a different planning and sourcing timeline, our cancellation policy varies by category:

    Season’s Best (delivered within approximately 1-2 weeks): Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of submitting your order form. After this window, flowers/materials may already be sourced and prepared.

    Blooms & Beyond (delivered within approximately 2-3 weeks): Orders may be canceled within 1 week of submitting your order form. After this time, flowers/materials may already be sourced and handmade accents may be in progress in our studio.

    The Floral Series (custom event designs): Due to the personalized planning and sourcing involved, cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible.

    Since flowers are perishable and often ordered specifically for each client, we’re unable to accept cancellations once sourcing or design work has begun.

Weddings

  • At this time, we are not offering full wedding services. However, we are happy to assist with wedding-related events such as bridal showers, engagement dinners, bachelorette parties, and more.
