At this time, we offer delivery only for all orders, as our team works from a private studio in Bergen County, NJ.
We currently serve the NJ/NY area within about a 2-hour radius. If you’re just outside that range, we’ll reach out to explore options once you’ve submitted your order form/inquiry.

Turnaround Time for Confirmed Orders
Season's Best orders are typically delivered within 1 week after initially submitting your order form depending on confirmation, special requests, availability, and your location.
Blooms & Beyond orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks after initially submitting your order form depending on confirmation, special requests, availability, and your location.
Since The Floral Series inquiries involve more intricate designs and personalized planning, we’ll reach out to discuss the specifics of your event before confirming your delivery date/time.
Our Delivery Window
Our standard delivery window is Sunday through Saturday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. If you’ve noted a preferred timeframe within this window on your order form, we’ll confirm your exact delivery time once we finalize the details to ensure your flowers arrive right on schedule. For events and special occasions, we’ll work closely with you to coordinate the most convenient delivery time and plan.

House Deliveries
Upon arrival, our team will ring the doorbell and knock to ensure you're available to receive your flowers. We'll wait up to 10 minutes at your address. If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe location near the door. You'll hear from us when we’re on our way and again once we’ve arrived. Please be ready to receive your flowers or inform the recipient of their delivery. Due to high order volume, we’re unable to extend our waiting window. While we take great care in placing your flowers in a secure spot, we are not responsible for any damage caused by weather, theft, or other uncontrollable factors.
Apartment & Condo Deliveries
For buildings with a front desk or lobby, our team will typically leave the flowers with the concierge or reception, following the building’s delivery policy. If no staff is readily available, we’ll wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving your order at the main entrance.
For apartments or condos without a lobby or front desk, we’ll attempt to deliver directly to the unit. If no one is available to answer the door within 5 minutes, we’ll leave the flowers in a secure spot near the door and notify you or the recipient via call or text. Redelivery may be arranged only in specific cases, such as when there’s no safe place to leave the flowers or if the address is incomplete or inaccessible.

If no designated staff is available to accept the delivery, we’ll wait up to 10-15 minutes and attempt to reach the recipient directly. If no contact is made within that time, we’ll leave the flowers in a secure, accessible location such as the building’s main entrance, provided it is safe to do so. Redelivery may be arranged only in specific cases, such as when the business is closed, there’s no safe place to leave the flowers, or the address provided is incomplete or inaccessible.

For event deliveries, we work closely with our clients to ensure that all items are delivered on time and in perfect condition. We offer setup and breakdown services upon request, which will be coordinated and discussed with you in advance. Please note that setup and breakdown are part of the overall charge for event services and should be factored into your planning. We’ll ensure the space is arranged to your preferences and handle the removal of any arrangements or decorations after the event. All specifics related to timing, logistics, and any additional charges will be clearly outlined during our planning discussions.
Flower Care

The longevity of your flowers depend on how well you treat them! See below for our best tips to keep them fresh for longer:
Water: Refresh every 2–3 days.
To keep your flowers properly hydrated and prevent bacteria buildup, carefully tip their vase to pour out the old water without disturbing the blooms, then gently refill with fresh (preferably filtered), cool water.
Placement: Keep them cool.
Place your arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heating vents, or electronics that give off heat. Avoid drafty windows, too!
Tidiness: Remove wilting blooms.
Discard any wilted leaves or petals, especially those that fall into the water, to prevent bacteria buildup. This helps slow aging in the other flowers and keeps the bouquet blooming beautifully.
*Bonus Tip: Re-trim the stems.
Re-trimming the stems occasionally when you refresh the water can help your flowers drink more efficiently and stay fresher longer. A quick ¼-inch snip at an angle does the trick!
Return + Cancellation Policies

Generally, we’re unable to accept returns, but your happiness matters to us! If you notice a concern with your flowers, please email us at mtbflorals@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. If we confirm that there’s a quality issue, we’ll gladly replace your arrangement.
‘Designer’s choice’ style orders are not eligible for replacement based on style or design preferences, but if you have a particular vision, share it with us when ordering and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

Since each order type has a different timeline, our cancellation policy varies:
Season’s Best (delivered within ~1 week): Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours after submitting your order form. Beyond this point, flowers may already be sourced and prepared.
Blooms & Beyond (delivered within ~2-3 weeks): Orders may be canceled up to 1 week after submitting your order form. Beyond this point, flowers may already be sourced and prepared + handmade accents created in our studio.
The Floral Series (custom event designs): Due to the personalized planning and sourcing involved, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. We’ll review your situation and do our best to accommodate.
Since flowers are perishable and often ordered specifically for you, we’re unable to accept cancellations once we’ve started sourcing or designing your arrangement.

We are currently not offering full wedding services at this time. However, we will happily help you with floral designing wedding-related events such as bridal showers, engagement dinners, bachelorette parties, etc. Feel free to contact us!
